What is hnc?
hnc is a holistic method of treatment. It works with humans (h), their nervous system (n) and their cybernetics and brain (c). hnc bases upon elements of different therapies. Among others, elements of chiropractic, cranio-sacral-therapy, osteopathy and sacro-occipital technique are widely used. Also parts of the traditional chinese medicin and kinesiology can be applied.
How does treatment with hnc work?
The hnc therapist doesn't use anything else but their hands. Dressed and relaxed the patient lies on a bed and follows the instructions. The therapy is gentle and completely painless. By kinesiological tests of the muscles the therapist determines which feedback cycles are not properly functioning. By systematic stimulation of reflex zones, acupuncture points, muscles, bones and other trigger points a normal processing of impulses is reinstated. Whether the body has accepted the corrections will be controlled by muscle tests right after the treatment. If necessary the therapist can place further corrections.
What are the effects of hnc therapy?
The treatment will not only enhance the personal well-being but also change the tension, the flexibility, and the entire posture. It will harmonize the activity of the inner organs, break mental blockades and unhealthy behavior patterns, and will lead to an emotional, intellectual and physical stability. The changes caused by hnc are long-term enhancements. The body learns to distribute its energy correctly and to efficiently use it.
What is the idea behind hnc?
In today's world humans are exposed to many straining impacts which are not naturally known by their body. Therefore we are not able to appropriately deal with these pressures. At first they are constantly compensated by our body, so for a certain amount of time we don't notice any of these impacts. Nevertheless, at some point the constant pressure might become unbearable and a seemingly harmless situation can suddenly cause an excessive reaction or lead to long-term problems, illness, or discontent. It is now at the latest when our body needs correction in order to normally process its feedback cycles again. That's precisely where hnc sets in: This method of therapy bases upon a logical concept which is determined by the human body and its physiological reactions. By direct impact on the nervous system the therapist helps the body to automate its proper feedback cycles again.

Please be aware that my offer of hnc-treatment is not yet accepted by the health funds. Therefore sessions of hnc and sessions of painting are clearly separated and also separately billed. Nevertheless, both offers are complementary and can be optimaly combined during therapy.
